Jenny Holmlund (JENNYVEXALA) is a Finland-based interdisciplinary artist working between textile art, installation, costume, performance and spatial construction.

Through reuse, reconstruction and process-based methodologies, her work explores material transformation, visual language and collective forms. Recurring themes include symbolism, identity, ritual, repair and the relationship between body, material and space.

JENNYVEXALA combines the artist's first name with Vexala, a village in Ostrobothnia, Finland, where she grew up. The name functions as both artistic identity and point of origin, connecting personal history, place and artistic practice.
